Participation and Safety
All participants in Sherwood Adventure activities must complete a signed waiver prior to participation. Participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Download the waiver here.
All participants must follow the safety rules and instructions given by Sherwood Adventure staff before and during all activities. Sherwood Adventure staff reserve the right to remove any participant from an activity for unsafe behavior, without refund.
ArcheryTag is recommended for ages 10 and up. HoverBall is appropriate for ages 7 and up. Participants must be in sufficient physical health to safely participate. If you have any health concerns, please consult a physician before participating.
Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may forfeit the deposit. Sherwood Adventure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, and will work with clients to find an alternative date.
Equipment and Property
All equipment remains the property of Sherwood Adventure LLC. Participants are responsible for damage to equipment caused by intentional misuse or negligence beyond normal wear and tear during gameplay. Sherwood Adventure is not responsible for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during events.
Liability
Participation in Sherwood Adventure activities involves inherent physical risk. By booking an event or participating in any Sherwood Adventure activity, participants acknowledge and accept these risks. A signed liability waiver is required for all participants. Sherwood Adventure LLC shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation beyond the scope of our liability insurance coverage.
Photography and Media
Sherwood Adventure staff may photograph or video events for use in marketing materials and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member before the event. By booking an event, the organizer represents that they have the authority to grant this permission on behalf of the group, or will notify Sherwood Adventure of any restrictions.
Changes to These Terms
Sherwood Adventure LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms are always available at this page.
